Important Information – BLS – First Aid Class
Thank you for choosing CPR Louisville for your BLS and First Aid Class Certifications. Here’s some important information about your upcoming class.
Receipt: You will be receiving your paid receipt via email. *If you don’t receive it, check your SPAM/JUNK folder – sometimes by mistake it gets sent there.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time for Class Sign In.
Book Requirement:
Books are included, and will be waiting for you at the time of class.
Class Location:
CPR Louisville, Professional Towers, 4010 Dupont Circle, Suite L-11, Louisville KY 40207
Class Length:
Your BLS-First Aid Class will last around 7 hours.
What to Wear:
Just wear comfortable clothing.
What to bring:
You do not need to bring anything.
How to Prepare for Class:
There is no required preparation prior to this class. All information and skills will be taught and practiced during class.
Certification Cards:
Certification cards are issued electronically the same day by midnight.
Refunds and Rescheduling:
There are NO REFUNDS for classes or books that were purchased and scheduled. You may reschedule a class, if necessary, by emailing info@CPRlouisvilleKY.com with that request before your scheduled class. If we do not receive a request from you prior to your class, we do not offer a refund and you may not reschedule. If you do not pass the course, we will allow you to study the materials and reschedule for a future class. We allow this as a courtesy one time only. If you are not successful on the second try, you will have to purchase the class again.
Card Recovery Costs:
All American Heart Association cards are now digital. If you lose access to your card, there is a $20 recovery cost for each occurrence. However, if you purchased Card Insurance, recovering access to your card is FREE for 2 full years.
PURCHASE CARD INSURANCE – If you didn’t purchase card insurance, you can do so now by following the link. This will be your last opportunity, so get your insurance now.
