This payment is your nonrefundable deposit towards the 5-21-2022 Heartsaver CPR AED training to be held at Hunting Creek Country Club. Payment for the balance of any additional person attending the training greater than the 10 people already paid for with deposit, is due by May 15, 2022.
*Cancellation Policy:
Should your group need to cancel the training for whatever reason, you agree to provide advance 72 hours’ notice by calling and emailing. The deposit of $980.00 is non-refundable. If you fail to provide notice you agree to pay any additional fees incurred for sending instructors to the training. You can reschedule your training if you have provided the requested notice.
